  This is my very first car purchase. I was referred and helped with some of the paperwork process by someone I know before going to the dealership. The day that my car was ready, the finance manager Alicia kindly sent Joshua to pick me up from work so I could get my car. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He helped me to connect my phone up to the car before I left so I could easily access map…

  directions. Joshua has even been responding to my questions via text almost a week after my purchase. I forgot the name of the woman that I signed my documents with but I love that she also answered all of my questions. Alicia met with me as well and made sure I was comfortable.   Manny were all very helpful in getting me set up with my new Kia Sorento X-Line SX. This is the first Kia I have ever owned and am still getting acquainted with all it's technology features, but so far I love my new car and Manny was extremely helpful in setting up my android phone with the car. I was feeling overly anxious after my last car buying debacle, but the West Herr team treated me amazingly well. Manny was the best salesman and assisted me by test driving the Sorento with me and explaining all its features. They even allowed me to take it overnight for a longer trial so I could ensure it was what I wanted. I felt so jaded after my last experience that I told my friend I was never buying a car again and that I'd bike to work if I had to. After the amazing treatment I received at West Herr Kia, I can confidently say that I would buy from them again. I want to say a huge thank you to all those involved in my car buying experience and even apologize for how frazzled I may have seemed due to my last experience. You are all amazing 👏!!
