  Came in for general service and was up sold on a slew of services. I appreciate the video sent directly from the service tech explaining the itemized upkeep. The vehicle isn't even 3 years old with less than 20k miles on it. The gentleman at the desk was very kurt and rude as though everyone knows what he knows.   This place always confuses me. Makes me wonder if they get paid commission on uping the price for service. I have a FORD account and can see the FORD points I've accumulated. I went on line with my FORD account to purchase front and rear FORD blackout badges and it asks if I want to redeem my points to have them installed. So I have enough points to purchase yhe front and back badges and have the parts installed.…

  When I go in to drop off the car im being given the run around about the cost to perform the job and im being told what the shop rates are in comparison to the points...What does that have to do with using points ive obviously earned to have the work performed without it costing me a penny out of pocket. So what is this!? False advertising!? Or just plan BS. Im confused either way. This is definitely very questionable and suspicious service practice. Not the first time.

  They don't answer the phone. Called 3 different days and nobody answered after being on hold 20 minutes plus each time. Requested to be called back and when I received a call back I was transferred to a voicemail and never got a call back after leaving a message. Had good service before so they get 2 stars.

  Michael and his team at West Herr Ford Service were awesome to me, in this, my first time coming to their shop with my new Ford Explorer ST. I had some electronic sensor issues as well as needing an oil change and tire rotation.   The West Herr Ford service Center is okay, the reason why I say it's okay it's cuz my wife took her Jeep there that she purchased from West Herr to have a new battery put in an oil change they quoted one price and charge her another which was higher that's not good. I'm a former mechanic and the quote should be the same as the actual paying price. Especially on routine and simple replacement services.
