  Had the worst customer service experience ever. Walked in at 7 o’clock on a Saturday and asked for a New York State inspection. The first words out of the clerk at the counter‘s mouth was it’s a four hour wait, can you drop it off? Before I could even say anything, I was jumped on saying that I needed to get there by 6:30 if I wanted something early in the morning and it was the busiest day of the week. I started…

  apologizing saying that I didn’t know that I just looked at the hours online and the clerk continued to be very rude. I left without getting service because it was Such an uncomfortable experience, especially in front of people that are waiting in the lobby.

  similar price, with them covering the minor difference in cost considering the inconvenience caused. Instead, they expect me to accommodate their schedule, which is unprofessional and not a good way to maintain customer loyalty. Just trying to get another buck out of somebody who paid cash is gross.

  I purchased a very nice used F150 At West Herr Chevy. Back in the fall it was due for its first oil change so I took it to Ford quick lane across the street simple oil change tire rotation. I was getting ready to head out of town the next morning and I always inspect my cars, and I noticed that the coolant level was extremely low.Well, you could look at the photo and tell me what you think.   paperwork, it was inspected and the level was fine. So after contacting ford Quick lane and complaining, they stated they were sending me a coupon for another oil change and they would get it right the next time. Well here we are middle of January and I have not heard anything from them nor got anything in the mail. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from this point on .even the sales experience wasn’t great. So I’ll choose wisely on my next purchase

  Dean and the rest of the West Herr Ford Quick Lane staff have serviced our vehicles for over 15 years. That in and of itself should tell you all you want to know about the care and quality of the services that they provide. These people are top notch. I highly recommend them to friends and family.   Went in for leaking tire. A word of caution...the name Quick Lane is Ford's name for any routine service that can typically done in a couple of hours or less, not a major job that should be scheduled with the main service department. DO NOT EXPECT QUICK SERVICE! You can typically wait three or more hours for a simple service that will actually take only forty minutes of mechanics' time to complete. The only…

  exception is if you arrive before 6am, and are one of the first five or six customers. The staff are all very pleasant and competent, the waiting area is clean, comfortable, and well appointed, so if you arrive after 7am, you can make yourself at home for a couple of hours, or have the shuttle to take you where you'd rather be. My tire was fixed nicely by the way.
