  Dylan was very genuine, personable, and knowledgeable but also very professional. He truly listened to what was most important to us in a new vehicle and patiently answered every single question we had (and boy, there were a lot) without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. He was passionate about the vehicles and their features, and you could tell he genuinely loves what he does and how important it is for him to make the customers happy, not just making the sale. Jeremy McLaughlin, the general sales manager, and Collin Mack, the finance manager, were equally outstanding, which speaks volumes about the culture Joe Caldarelli has fostered at Mike Barney Nissan. We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Caldarelli when he stopped over to introduce himself, and he was genuine and welcoming as everyone else. You can tell that everyone works together to make the customer experience exceptional. Our experience exceeded every expectation from beginning to end.  I ended up buying a 2026 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum, and my husband ended up getting the 2026 Nissan Frontier PRO-4X R by Roush, and our daughter purchased her first car, a 2026-A Nissan Rogue, all from Dylan Cash. If that doesn't speak volumes of our experience with Dylan Cash and the Mike Barney Nissan team, I don't know what else would!
