  Mike was absolutely great got me a great deal however once I got to finance office everything went to shit. Documents kept without me seeing all the information we agreed to 1 # out the door than get there and everything has changed i didn't realize till after everything was said and done and now they're saying I owe them for registration fees bc they miscalculated the amount by a lot not just a few bucks over $100…

  off im truly disappointed and wish I could go back in time and have walked away i didn't even prefer this car which I had a backup for what I wanted but keller had agreed to an amount closer to my budget than switched up I truly wish I would have gone with my 1st choice even if it was a little over what I wanted to spend absolutely worst experience ever and will definitely NOT be recommending anyone to go there nor will I ever do business with them again. How unfortunate.

  I realized last minute that I needed an oil change and tire rotation before a road trip down to Florida tomorrow. I stopped in at Keller Chevy this morning and Paul was able to squeeze me in, even without an appointment. Service was very quick, waiting room was comfortable, and coffee was fresh. Thanks Paul for the friendly service, definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here!

  I took my car in because my driver's side tire pressure kept going down. I was pleasantly greeted at the front desk by Paul. It was determined that I had a nail in my tire. Paul called me a few hrs later to say that he got a new tire approved and ordered. He got me back in the very next day ! My experience was very smooth ! Thank you Paul👍🏾 !!!!

  Customer service is rude first off - waited at least 10 minutes before anyone would even acknowledge I was there. Then they were in horrible moods when addressing me for my appointment. The only nice person working there was a detailer who was doing the Curtesy shuttle that day. They also charged me for a diagnostic fee because they said the recall I brought the vehicle in for didn’t apply, and they found another…

  issue to be the reason for my symptoms. After I left the same issues I had brought it there for returned … they didn’t fix anything AND charged for it.

  Service department is very slow. Need a simple diagnostic on my AC system for a brand new truck. They refuse to do the work in a timely manner and wanted me to leave the truck over night…. For only a diagnostic. I told them I wanted to come back for the repairs, we just need to diagnose. Showed up for my first visit. They said oh no they won’t be don’t today. So I happily rescheduled. I rescheduled with the manager…

  to a day he promised he “could get you in first thing in the morning”… Well now I dropped it off at 7:30am. Before they open. I call at 10am to make sure we’re on track, as the manager told me “could get you in first thing”. Well nope. They never got me in first thing, they say they can’t be done by 1 or 1:30 when I need my truck back. Unacceptable to work with a manager and have them coordinate you to be the first truck worked on in the morning. I was lied to by the manager and won’t be going back for service or sales unless someone twists my arm. Will happily drive further for better service.
