  Was welcomed right away by the salesperson, Todd Slade. He was friendly and helpful and professional. Don also explained the warranty options very thoroughly. We are very happy with our car selection. We'll gladly return to Delacy Ford for future vehicle purchases.

  Great start, horrible ending. Purchased a car outright and financed a warranty but decided to cancel the warranty a few months in. Notified the sales associate on 5/15 (over 2 weeks before the next billing cycle) that I’d like to cancel my warranty. Told me I didn’t even have to come in and someone will call me to discuss the cancellation. A week goes by and no one calls me. Confused, I come into the dealership on…

  5/22 to fill out the paperwork myself. No problems, everything seemed fine. Lo and behold, I still get billed for the next month on 6/1. Just flat out frustrated at this point, I call the warranty company myself on 6/3 to find out from their customer service representative that they received absolutely no paperwork or notice from delacy even though I filled out the forms in the office nearly 2 weeks prior! Still getting billed due to not receiving it in time from a postage delay is understandable, but to not even send the paperwork in such a long timespan is beyond disappointing. I get that they have to make money to keep the doors open but there’s many more ethical ways to do it. Pure malpractice!
