  For the most part car buying transactions have been almost adversarial in nature. This is not what I experienced at Dave Smith Ford. I found a vehicle on-line and stopped by the dealership. Every staff member I had contact with was very friendly and helpful. At no time did I feel any pressure. The salesman I dealt with was Bryan Metzger. He was very professional, personable and polite.   informative on the vehicle I was shopping for. Another shout out to the finance manager Kyle Stanton. Unlike other car deals I have been involved with, Kyle was a perfect gentleman. At no time did I feel any pressure to purchase “add-ons” to the car deal. He simply explained options available to me and if I wish to purchase any of them I could. Secondly the finance spread sheet was simple and concise. There was not any unnecessary fees attached or hidden charges. It was the most cut and dry deal I have ever been involved with. Kyle got me a great finance rate too. The deal I got Dave Smith Ford was very fair and I will never look at my vehicle and think I got shafted on the deal. When I was leaving the dealership I happen to come upon the owner Dave Smith in the lobby. He was a very down to earth guy. He took the time to have conversation with me about my purchase.
