  Truly hassle free! Went in on Saturday and talked with Randy a sales associate. Told him to get a good price point on the MX5 and that if he met my payment goal we’d have a deal. He texted me a few payment options and left the ball in my court. I answered and told him I’d be back the next day (Sunday) and would follow up with Anthony the sales manager. When I arrived at the dealership on Sunday Anthony (who I’d met…

  briefly the day prior) was ready and happy to get the deal done. Asked me when I wanted delivery and I said “if it’s possible, I’d like to leave with it today” He looked at me and without hesitation said “no problem” and that was it. I met with 2 other people (Jeremy & Vinny) to sign some paperwork. The process was stress free. The individuals that work at Route 9 MAZDA of Poughkeepsie are friendly, knowledgeable and consummate professionals. Because of the quick turn around and it being Sunday they weren’t able to detail the car or put a full tank of gas in it for me, but they said bring it back later in the week and they’d take care of those items. If there was a way to give 10 stars I would! Nice job from the first sit down to final delivery. Bravo guys . . . Bravo!!

  "games" they like to play—creating artificial urgency, inflating prices, or offering bare minimum discounts. Rex was the complete opposite. Our communication was straightforward and took just a few text messages; he directly gave me an unbeatable price that I simply couldn’t refuse. Due to my personal schedule, I had to wait until June to officially lease the vehicle. This is where they truly showed their integrity: I had no idea that Mazda’s incentives would improve in June, and Rex easily could have held me to the May pricing we discussed. Instead, he proactively passed the June savings on to me, saving me a significant amount of money. When I arrived at the dealership, I was immediately impressed. The facility is clean, quiet, and the entire staff is exceptionally polite. I knew right then I had made the right choice. Rex paired me with Justin Cook as my sales consultant, who was absolute gold. Justin is incredibly polite, soft-spoken, and patient. He answered every single question I had about the car and the lease details without a single hint of impatience. He stayed by my side, guiding the case smoothly until the final delivery. Even when we noticed a minor issue with the car around 6:30 PM, Justin immediately went above and beyond, actively coordinating with the service technicians to get it sorted out perfectly before I left. The Finance Department was equally impressive. They took the time to explain every single document and contract detail, especially the breakdown of the pricing. There were absolutely no hidden fees, no traps, and no pressure tactics. It was a completely transparent, honest, and harmonious process. I have been leasing and buying cars for nearly 20 years, dealing with brands like BMW, Lexus, Nissan, and Acura. I never expected that a Mazda dealership would provide the most comfortable, stress-free experience with the absolute best pricing and service. To my fellow New Yorkers: if you are looking for a Mazda, skip the local games. Do yourself a favor, drive down to Route 9 Mazda, and ask for Rex and Justin. You won’t regret it!
