  enjoying Times Square, and then took the Metro-North Railroad to Poughkeepsie the next morning. When we arrived at the train station, Darren Clements was there waiting to greet us. He immediately made us feel welcome and drove us to the dealership. From start to finish, Darren was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain every step of the process. He made buying a vehicle from more than 900 miles away feel easy and stress-free. The paperwork was completed with Rich, who was efficient and thorough, and Karen gave us an excellent walkthrough of the truck’s features, making sure I was comfortable with everything before beginning the drive back to Tennessee. People thought I was crazy for traveling from the South to buy a truck in New York, but I did it because of the price, the professionalism, and most importantly, the people. Everyone we worked with treated my daughter and me like family. This was one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I have ever had.
