What a horrible experience. Don't trust this place. I came in for a simple oil change but I was left with headaches. A few days after the oil change, I started hearing a dragging noise while driving. Since the noise started happening not long after my visit, I brought the car back to the shop to find out what was wrong. While I was waiting, I heard the person working on my car ask for zip ties, which immediately…

raised a red flag. About 15 minutes later, he handed me my keys and said, "You're good to go. It won't come back down," then started walking away. No explanation as to what the hell happened. I stopped him and asked what the problem was. He explained that a shield had come loose because a screw or clip was missing, but that everything was fine now. When I asked why he was using zip ties if the problem was just a missing screw, he initially claimed they didn't have the right size screw. After pressing him he eventually admitted that the shield had been damaged from dragging on the ground. It took arguing to get him to accept that I wanted the damaged part replaced rather than a broken part held up with zip ties. Even then, I had two employees telling me that "it's not an important part." First, that's beside the point. A part of my car was damaged because of work performed by your shop, and it should be replaced properly. Second, the part is there for a reason. Whether you think it's important or not is irrelevant. They eventually ordered a replacement part and agreed to install it at no charge. I went back a week later to get the part replaced. You would think fixing a problem that they caused would be a priority... Apparently not. I spent 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting for a job that should have taken about 20 minutes. When they finallly started working on the replacement, I could hear a worker complaining that the part wasn't important anyway. If it's so unimportant, then why was it installed on the vehicle in the first place? And again, it's the principle of the matter! Poor workmanship, poor communication (pretty much outright lying), and a complete lack of accountability until I pushed for it. Avoid this place at all costs even for a simple oil change.

We've trusted Be Wise for all of our cars' maintenance and cleaning for many years. Staff are always helpful and don't try to nickel and dime us for unnecessary work. I love that I can get a wash 24-hours a day. Oil change specials are where it's at!

Went to Be Wise because all 4 of my blinkers malfunctioned, and the mechanic explained to me the issue. I went ahead and authorized the work that had to be done to fix it. The nature of the work wasn’t necessarily easy, and the mechanic took his time to ensure it was done properly. The blinkers were back in working order, however after the repair a new minor issue occurred that had to be addressed. They understood…

the situation, and were able to correct everything as needed. Wanted to shout out Tim the mechanic, I know he did his best. Also The Be Wise staff in general, all were pleasant on my end. While it wasn’t an entirely ideal situation on either end, they made it right. In my book a mechanic shop that is knowledgeable, fair, and meets the customers needs is worthy of business. Happy to have my car back on the road.

I only go here since moving back to the area. Brought my subaru for tire air leak and they overlooked everything to make sure it was safe for inspection. Picked me up from my house to go pick up the car!!! Amazing people 10/10 ❤️thank you

They added a second car wash bay, lesser price but I could have saved my money and do a better job than the machine. WARNING: they will overcharge you on car repair and inspections.
