  I only gave 4 stars because there is always room for improvement. I went this last Monday for an oil change and Rafael, Stacey and Kim helped me out. They were very professional with just the right amount of sassiness. We had to wait for a filter to be delivered and they were upfront about everything. Would definitely recommend arlington auto for your car care needs

  We were five hours away from home on a camping trip when our parents camper blew out two tires. Arlington Auto & Tire was the only shop around that had them in stock. They got us taken care of quickly and helped us so we can get back on the road safely. We truly appreciate their great service and highly recommend them!

  I’ve been coming here for a while now and the service is always excellent. They give fair prices and are honest. Shout out to Liz who was exceptional and very knowledgeable and forthcoming. She is an excellent addition to this already great staff. I will continue returning here for all my future vehicle needs.

  Dropped my car off at 11AM this morning (Tuesday) for front brakes, rotors and an inspection ($600). Was told it would be quick because it was a slow day, called them at 2PM to ask for an update. Was told it would be done by 4. Showed up at 5 with no calls to get my car, as I’m pulling in I see it being serviced. Go in to be told it would be another 10-15 mins. At 5:40 I have my car back. Asked what took so long and…

  he said “yeah sorry we only have one tech today”. So why are three bays open and you told me this morning at 11 it would be quick? Also there’s no way you had that many cars ahead of me at 11 this morning, no calls at all I had to call them. Receptionist is just sitting there being indifferent. Could’ve at least called to say your car is going to take almost 7 hours. Been here before and it was fine, never going back after today.

  I always love my experience here!! I've brought 4 cars here (my 3 vehicles and my mother's car that she had). The service that I wasn't sure how to categorize that was done was Anthony fixing my trunk which mind you didn't take him much time at all. I basically blinked and he was done. He deserves Dunkin' every morning for his wonderful customer service. We need more people like him. I see why he is a manager.…

  Anthony is very knowledgeable and can explain things very plainly for people to understand which I like. For the second service that I received, the inspection, I feel was thorough and I had 2 people come out to me to keep me updated about my car. I felt like I was in good hands like Allstate (which I also have) and I wish I knew their names so I could give them recognition as well. I wish I knew how to spell the kind lady's name that is at the front desk. She made me feel at ease and comfortable while I waited for my car to be done. Overall, these people will be fair and make you feel like family.
