  The worst experience ever. They took my truck in and said everything looks good you just need new wipers or it will fail. So I bought their overpriced wipers and then I go to pay and they tell me it failed for the tint. The truck is a 2011 and has had the same 70% tint since 2012. The NYS law for trucks is only for the front windows and windshield. Maybe the staff is unfamiliar with the local laws?? So in the…

  end I paid $78 and all I got was wipers. They even scraped off the old sticker so now I have no sticker. I will never return to any jiffy lube.

  They don’t take appointments for inspection so got here 30 minutes before opening because I have a packed day. On the facade are multiple signs telling you to pull up to one of three bay doors and wait, which I did. 20 minutes later, another car pulled up to the bay to the right of me. When they opened, the other car went first. Turns out the bay he was at is the one and only bay for inspections. There is not…

  one sign anywhere on the exterior noting this. Guess the guy had been here before- good for him. But it’s really, really frustrating to go to the trouble of getting here very early only to get stuck behind someone who rolled up right before they opened. And the rep with whom I shared this couldn’t have cared less. Jiffy Lube- PUT A SIGN OUTSIDE SAYING WHICH BAY IS FOR INSPECTIONS!

  Lied about needing additional parts as spark plugs are a month old as well as the belts, and coolant. I have the receipts from Depaula Mazda in Albany. How do you know the plugs need replacement without removal as engine ran fine.
