  We wound up at Della Honda hoping to test drive a Kia Soul they had in their used car stock. We knew the kia soul was probably the car we wanted but had struck out on test driving one at 4 previous dealerships...I knew when I called Della Honda the one they had was likely beyond our means but we were desperate to test drive one so we could start searching farther afield for one if we needed to do so and potentially…

  make a purchase sight unseen. We worked with Johnny Pedersen at Della Honda for our test drive and he was fabulous. I have had some very poor dealership experiences in the past and now car shopping fills me with immense dread. Working with Johnny couldn't have possibly been better. We explained our situation and Johnny totally met us where we were at. He was understanding, incredibly personable and genuine, and really went the extra mile to try to help us. Despite his best efforts their Kia Soul did wind up being too far out of our budget for us to swing but he really made an effort to make it attainable for us. If we wind up in the market for another car down the line, Johnny will be the first person we call. Couldn't have asked for a better experience even if it didnt end in a purchase.
