Very nice front desk customer service and knowledgeable. The guy in the back that performed my oil change and tire rotation was also nice and professional and gave me an heads up about my rear brakes. That I will need them soon. Ill be going back there to get them done.

Zac and his team were amazing. I had two flat tires I noticed in the early morning and had to rush to the local hospital for meetings. He not only told me not to worry about my car he would deal with it and make sure I was taken care of - but he texted with me every step of the way and sourced tires for me from another location ALL SO I COULD drive home and be back in Philadelphia this evening. He managed everything…
for me, communicated professionally, and even found a coupon for me! The best service ever here. I’m eternally grateful to this branch of mavis tires. What could have been awful they made a smooth experience and I feel they earned every penny I spent here today for four new tires!!! Thank you mavis Horseheads!

I made an appointment online for state inspection and their official site showed more than 5 or 6 slots open. 1 hour before my appointment, the store calls me and tells me they are too busy and the earliest appointment is 2 days later! It seems they are only interested in appointments that generate a lot of cash and high mark up, not really providing the service to their customers. Note I have purchased products…
and bought services at that location in the past.

Came in right when they opened and Zack helped me right away, super polite. Told me I could plug my tire for a low cost instead of buying a whole new one and still be safe. Great team of guys, looking out for my best interest and saving me money. Wouldn’t have wanted to be stranded near any other Mavis.
