  Went in for an oil change. When it was done I checked the oil level myself before I left and found it was only half full. I checked it because west herr Chevy of Hamburg did the same thing to me. Went back in and told the service guy and he came out and checked it himself and saw it was only half full so he apologized and went and got the tech that worked on my car and had him top it off. These dealers must think…

  nobody ever checks their oil. And seriously, who does because you’re supposed to trust them to do their job. So needless to say a simple oil changed turned into an hour and a half job. Beware people, check your own oil level before you leave.
