  Disappointing, a month or two back I was going to drop off my car to get checked but they told me I had to come back to leave the car for 3 to 4 days to get checked on for the issue that I was coming for. Now 7/30 I left my car and they checked the car in one day and they barely even drove it. Not even 1 mile was drove and all they did was told me that I need my sway bar links changed, my transmission fluid changed,…

  and alignment. And then after I asked for the service manager to a rep when the manager was there in the same room and he walked away so I picked up the car, I still had the issues. The only person that was professional and kept me posted and answer question was Coral. I was gona go back but the service advisory inside the shop had a attitude when I was just wanted to explain the issue...and on top of that I have 2 scratches on my car and my alignment was still off...Just experience alone I will not go back...whats the point... unprofessional..

  My husband and I brought in our Honda for an oil change without an appointment and Dinasty took very good care of us. She explained our warranty plan which the dealership we leased from didn’t do and she made sure to communicate everything being done and answer any questions we had. We definitely recommend her and will be coming back because the service was amazing!
