  I am leaving this rating because, aside from their prices being somewhat excessive—$450 to replace an alternator—they are dishonest. They broke the oil dipstick and tried to fix it with a screw; when I confronted the young man at the front desk, he claimed it wasn't them, even though I knew it was. I told him I didn't care about the money—since it’s a very cheap part—and just wanted them to order a replacement and…

  send it to my home. He refused, but the moment I mentioned leaving a bad review, he immediately offered me money. I told him I didn't want the money and assured him I wouldn't leave a bad review if he simply brought me the car jump starter. However, because of his attitude, he said he wouldn't give me anything. I reminded him that I had already said I wouldn't leave a bad review, but given his attitude, I changed my mind. I didn't borrow the jump starter and had to figure out a solution on my own; that is why I decided to write this review. If they lie about something as cheap and simple as an oil dipstick, I hate to imagine what else they might do to customers there.

  Came in with my classic BMW. Needed to change my alternator. All of the mechanics were very experienced and Had plenty of knowledge on how to fix and diagnose my car. I will definitely be going back here.
