  I brought my vehicle in to address a check engine issue and paid approximately $800 for repairs. I was told the problem would be fixed. After the repair, the original issue was not resolved, and additional error codes appeared. When I returned to the shop, I was informed that the problem was something different than what I originally paid to fix. I gave the shop an opportunity to address the issue, but the situation…

  was not resolved to my satisfaction. I also did not receive a clear breakdown of parts and labor despite asking. Overall, I’m disappointed with the outcome and would recommend that others ask for detailed diagnostics, a written estimate, and clarification on what exactly is being repaired before agreeing to service.

  Went in for a splash guard fix, expecting a couple screws or even zip ties and they ended up removing 3 splash shields entirely and the other was placed correctly. Then i looked deeper and noticed a 3rd splash shield was also removed entirely. When I asked who fixed my car they said the guy went home, at 9:15 am which was 45 minutes after dropping my car off and 1 hour and 15 minutes after they opened. So I guess…

  the guy working there works 1 hour a day? lol... I came back the next day same time and they apparently do now know who fixed my car wondering amongs themselves "who fixed this car" and that they would call the boss tomorrow to figure our this mystery.. Clearly the person who fixed it was just trying to avoid being held accountable. Funny thing is I have a dashcam showing everything. Please avoid this place at all costs.

  Jan 30th 2025. Audi 2016. Brought in my car for a simple, take out the engine cover/splash gaurd after snow damaged it [front and middle guard] and the first cover under the engine was missing entirely while the middle part was just ziptied together and they ripped out the piece in he photo shown below [right side air deflector]. 30 minute job it took but when I ask why has this happened noone wants to take…

  responsibility or even claim who was working on the car. They said "the guy left". I dont have time to argue with lazy petty mechanics so i just walked away after confronting them about it. The convo ended with "come back tomorrow ill tell the boss to see who worked on it.

  I was quoted $900 for a repair here. Got a second opinion at another shop and was told it was a simple, easy fix. That tells me everything I need to know. Save your money and go somewhere else.
