I come here every so often to get my car washed. After the storm was the first time I got the inside washed and they did a fantastic job. My car mats were spotless. I then noticed they do inspections as I was paying. I came back today and they took me right away and completed the inspection in 15 minutes. It was the fastest inspection I have ever received. Highly recommend!

Went for a simple oil and filter change. I purchased and brought my own oil and filter specified and approved for my car which is turbo charged and needs an approved oil. Right afterwards I looked to find that clearly the filter wasn't changed, (it had road dirt all over it and the oil looked overfilled and dirty. So I went back and the mechanic assured me that it was changed. I asked to see the old filter and he…

said he couldn't show it to me. I contacted the manager and he changed the filter with a cheap generic one. Then I asked about the overfilling. so they drained some oil out and I saw that it was completely black, (impossible after driving for a few miles with supposedly an oil and filter change). So obviously they never changed the oil either. Got them to replace the oil and again they used generic non-approved oil. So I have start all over again after paying $50 for special oil and a filter. Obviously not going back there again. Don't know what they did with the special grade Euro synthetic oil and premium filter that I purchased. It's difficult to find reputable mechanics in Brooklyn.

What started as a wheel bearing replacement (which I did before at this location) ended up costing me $2500+ and I then eventually HAD TO JUNK MY CAR. Everything was fine until I replaced my wheel bearings. Then my car began having issues with starting (out of nowhere). They told me that it was the o2 sensors, so they replaced those. Then the check engine light kept coming on and they then told me it was electrical…

problems, and charged me for an electrical diagnostic. I got an invoice that stated "replaced cables to computer that was chewed up by rats" (very weird diagnostic and expensive repair) When that was done, out of nowhere, the car started making noise when I would go over 40/mph, and the check engine light came on again. They told me I needed to bring it back when I called them, but up until that point I was tired of all the lies after they had taken all that money from me; only to leave me driving a banged up vehicle in the end. A week later, the car stopped starting randomly and I got stranded in a parking lot. It just didn't start anymore (The starter wasn't working). I had it towed to another shop, and the mechanics there told me that: 1) The O2 sensors were incorrect for my model 2) There was a hole in the escape next to the catalytic converter (very odd) which most likely was causing the noise and triggering the check engine light. 3) Drumroll, the starter that these guys had “changed” two years prior was actually the original, so they lied about replacing it and charged me. I had to junk my car because the expenses had become too great and had exceeded its marketable value. This car was working perfectly fine before the bearings were changed. There were no coincidences here, these guys are lying, ruining cars one step at a time to milk customers for all they’re worth. They'll use cheap generic parts or not even do the work and hand you an invoice.$ If you care about your vehicle then you definitely want to avoid this place. Don't trust them, one problem will lead to many others. They will charge you for a diagnostic but will not test drive your vehicle to get a feel of the problem you want to address. You bring your car in, they plug the odb in and tell you (in Spanish) “leave me the keys and I will call you when it’s ready” every time. After that, no call whatsoever so I’d have to call the receptionist myself to ask about the status of my vehicle only to find out that it’s been “ready and fixed” for hours or even days. I loved my jeep and these guys ruined it. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR UNATTENDED with these guys. Your vehicle will be in danger and so will your wallet. it's not easy finding trust worthy mechanics out there and this place is definitely not one of those. Worst experience by far.

Herbert and Benny are very nice understanding people. The young lady in the front is very polite and keeps me informed of the status of my car. I'm very satisfied

Best car repair service. Very efficient and the wait time isn't too bad. The servicemen do their job with comfort and ease.
