  I am extremely disappointed with this tire service. Without asking for my permission, they SNEAKELY attached their branded frame to my license plates!!! THEY LITERALLY TURNED my car into a free advertisement for their business. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional!!! For some context, branded license plate frames are a very common practice throughout the automotive industry, including at dealerships, repair facilities, and tire shops. They are simply removable plastic frames and do not alter or damage the vehicle or license plate in any way. Many of our customers actually appreciate the added protection they provide to the edges of their plates. That being said, we understand that you did not want one on your vehicle, and we respect that. We do, however, feel that suggesting we were “sneaky,” “dishonest,” or may have done something else to your vehicle is an unfair characterization of our business and our employees. Emil’s All Tire is a family-owned and operated business that has proudly served our community for three generations. We take our customers’ vehicles, property, and trust very seriously. Regarding your tire, there are situations where a tire cannot be safely repaired depending on the location, size, or type of damage. We will never perform a repair that we believe is unsafe simply to complete a job.   I honestly wanted to like this place, because I found a tire shop close by… BUT They are over priced and they replace your plate cover with their covers that say their company name and number for free advertisement without asking you. When I called to ask why they did that without asking- they said it was common practice for any dealership or auto place to do so. Never experienced this before in my life. Lost my…

Regarding the license plate frame, these are removable plastic frames that we use as a common practice, similar to many dealerships and automotive facilities. They also help protect the edges of the license plate. There was absolutely no intention to upset you or make you feel that your property was being altered without permission, and the frame can easily be removed or replaced upon request.
