  Beware, they will charge premium prices for budget parts and fail to install properly. I wanted to really like this places since it’s a neighborhood shop and thought the workers were chill. But had three really bad experiences and will never go back. During a state inspection a worker pointed out a failing strut head, and told me both strut assemblies needed replacing or I can’t pass the test. They charge me a small…

  fortune for two new strut assemblies when (now that I know better) all that needed to be done was to replace the one failing strut head. A year later and both new strut heads are failing because they installed wrong, and failed to tighten strut to head bolt properly. I bought tools did research and replaced the heads myself. Found out the parts they put in were cheap even though they charged me premium prices. I also had four new tires put on at the same time. 6 months later and a bubble in the side wall appears. I bring the car to them and they told me it was my fault and must have hit a curb. But I didn’t hit anything rough. The tires they put on my car are cheap soft tires known for failing side walls. But of course they charged me big bucks and blamed me when a tire failed. Lastly, I had them put a new ac air compressor in. Of course I paid for an ac system vacuum and refill. They gave the car back to me and said it was blowing cold air, but after driving I realized there was no cold air. I checked the low pressure line and there was no refrigerant at all!!!! I should have taken the car back to them but never wanted to see them again. I bought some refrigerant and refilled it myself and now it’s working. Later I did tell the shop they didn’t refill the refrigerant and they told me I was wrong and continued to gas light me. Sadly, I can only recommend staying away from this place. Over charging for bad parts and poor installations.

  If you like to get overcharged on everything go to them. They will milk your wallet perfectly. These dudes charge $60 labor for an oil change only cuz its an suv. And for sedans $50. To clarify I was going to bring my own oil and filter. I legit went few shops down and the guy did it for 25. Meanwhile everywhere on Coney Island labor is 25-35 max. Like there’s legit no difference in changing oil on and suv vs sedan.…

  Any thing you need done just expect to pay wayyy more. The damn dealership would be cheaper and better then these people

  Edit - they credited me some of the extra charges but not all. Upped their rating a little, but still too mich hassle with other car shops around. Be careful hidden fees and extra charges at this place. They will give you one price and charge you another.
