  On April 4, 2026, I went to Elite Repair Shop. I needed to change my tire. I had already gone to a previous location and knew I needed to change the tire, not get it fixed. I was greeted by Rafael. He was able to give me a price immediately and had the tire on hand that was practically brand new, for a better price than what I was quoted at the location that did not have the tire.   Very good customer service and very professional staff. As a woman that does not understand anything about car they took very good care of my car and explained everything in a simple language. The price was very affordable comparing to the near shops. I highly recommend this place for any inconvenience that your car has. Oh!!! they as well offer NYC inspection and open 24/7 that’s a plus 👏🏻

  Don’t recommend. I was here for 40 minutes for them to put my flat tire back on my car. They only respond fast if you’re bigger than them or Latino. A guy came after me cursed them out paid them what he thought was a reasonable price and left before they came back to my car. I’ve been here multiple times before but today was the worst. As I write this review they still haven’t placed my tire back on my car. All in…

  I drive about an hour from where I am to come to this spot for my tires and inspection because these guys know what they’re doing. They do it right, and in a timely fashion. The staff are friendly and respectful. 10 out of 10 recommend.

  I wouldn’t recommend to service here , i had a flat few days ago and came in here because it was the closest to me. When I arrived i ask the guy if he could inspect my tire if it only needed to be patch and with his eyes closed he said no you need a new tire supposedly for my safety so ok. But when putting back my new tire he miss putting back a bolt nut and he didn’t even mind looking for it or customer care going…

  and looking for one . Additional to that he still demanded a tip as if it is mandatory, very rude and bad service it took them almost 45 mins to bring the tire etc by choice I would never recommend or come my self here.
