Came for an inspection so I came back to get some brakes installed. Service was fast and accurate. I was charged $180 for the labor because I ordered my own rotors and brakes. These guys might just be my go to mechanics in a world full of dishonesty.

I have a 2014 Honda CRV. The alternator went bad and I am running purely on the battery. I asked for a price over the phone. Whoever picked up the phone refused to give me a price and told me that I HAVE to go in to get it checked out. When I explained the situation, and told him that I'll be at risk of being stuck if I indeed drive my vehicle to their shop and nothing can be done, he simply said "you'll have to run…

that risk. We do not give prices over the phone". From my experience, mechanics tend to do this because if they give you a price over the phone, and you do not agree to it, then they'll loose out on a customer. They rather have you come in and charge you a ridiculous price. Since you're already there and you need the help, they expect you to cave in to their pricing demands.

I visited the shop for an oil change, where both the owner, Cuchi, and the mechanic quoted me $30. Despite bringing my own oil and filter, after the service, I handed over $30 as agreed. However, the mechanic suddenly demanded $40. Despite confirming the price twice earlier, I was surprised how they lied to my face. I don't mind paying the $40 but I didn't like their dishonesty.

Took my Dodge Journey to this location, and the results were great. I will totally give them my business. They are honest and fare with their prices. Traje mi vehiculo aqui y me fusto su servicio. Gracias por ser honesto y buenos precios.
