  My hisband usually takes the car to get serviced so I was a little nervous but the staff was very friendly and had great customer service. I went in for a recalled part. I made an appointment beforehand and showed up a few mins before. Service entrance is around the corner on a two way street. The lady greeted me and gave me an approximate time. She let me know there was a waiting area and what places were…

  around the area in case I wanted to get something to eat. The waiting area had lots of space and seating. Two bathrooms are available for use and some Vending machines. Bathrooms were clean and had paper and soap. They have two televisions playing daytime shows. Wait time was approximately 2 hours and when there was 10 mins left she came around to let me know the car will be ready soon. Very smooth process and I was happy with the experience.

  If there were an option for more than five stars, I would give it without hesitation. I had an amazing experience, and Chris played a huge role in that.   My father (65 years old) visited this Toyota location on the morning of April 1, 2026 to buy front and rear brakes. He brought his VIN and made an effort to communicate in English, even though it is not his first language. Instead of offering basic assistance or patience, the staff member refused to help him and dismissed him because of his limited English. This was disrespectful, unprofessional, and came across…

  as discriminatory. No customer—especially an older person trying their best—should be treated this way. A company like Toyota should have higher standards for customer service and inclusivity. We will be taking our business elsewhere, and I strongly advise others to consider how customers are treated here before coming in.
