  I had a terrible experience with this auto repair shop. They damaged one of my car’s parts during the repair and then acted like it wasn’t their responsibility. Instead of taking accountability, they ignored the issue and kept making excuses. I brought my car back several times to have the problem fixed, but they didn’t want to help. Every visit came with a different excuse, and the staff had a rude, unprofessional…

  attitude. Their customer service was awful, and they showed no concern for the damage they caused. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. If you value honest service, accountability, and respect for customers, take your vehicle somewhere else.

  I went in there for a used tired, and was told it was $60. The service was fast, and Lisandro was great! But when I went to go pay with, who I’m assuming is the supervisor. I was treated with an attitude, and was charged almost $80 for a used tired. When I asked about “why that price”.. I was told “that price is for you”. Idk if it was a racial thing or a gender thing but once he talked to Lisandro regarding the…

  price. He adjusted it to $60, and basically was rushing me to pay. Again, the service was nice and fast.. the supervisor or boss needs a vacation or some. He was also screaming at the workers, it was giving dictator! But that’s my experience as a black woman in this Hispanic establishment.

  My tire was leaking air, and I pulled to the shop at 7 pm. I talked to someone working there saying they close at 7, and I told them I thought it was 7:30 pm. He said no and asked what the problem was. I told him the tire is leaking, but if it is too late, it's no problem. Then he gave me a non logical excuse that they closed the line for air compression on the whole street. So it would take too long to start the…

  machine back up again, too. The man wanted to get off his shift earlier, I guess, so he wanted to look stupid, and he did it. I'll take my business elsewhere.
