I went there today because I had a airbag light on my fisker. I spoke to they service person he said 130 to check it out and if any parts needed to be replaced he would come and let me know. He took my vehicle and went into they shop he ran he diagnostic and did come back to say anything to me. When I look he and a next service person started to take my car apart. I went to they manager I try to ask what's is he…
fixing without talking to me. They manager started cursing and yelling at me to get out his shop and if I don't want my car fix. I said you have to ask me before you fix anything suppose I don't have they money to pay I guess you will be holding my car. They technician finally came to me saying some nonsense about he took apart they car because he looking for a loose wire i said you ran your diagnostic and it told you was was going on and you began to take my car apart without talking to me. I spoke to and next person who works their he said when they car come into they shop they have to fix it. I said without talking to they customer?? He said yes I said really well not to day bring my car. They charged me 130.00 to scan the vehicle and 130.00 to clear they airbag light. I would not recommend anybody go to this service shop.
