I wouldn't of given them one star but I had to. They did give me a good deal in December of 24. But in the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026 I am having issues with the paint on the bottom of the truck with the pebble guard. I bought a white tacoma but my tacoma has brown substance all over the bottom of the doors and rocker panel I brought it into service today and they tried to take it off with penetrating oil…
and got some of it off, but clearly does not come all the way off. There is an issue with the pebble guard, but they said this was normal. So I guess now I have a two tone white and tan twenty four toyota tacoma. The guy in service told me just take some penetrating oil and scrub it off.It takes about an hour on each side. Or get it detailed once a month.Which still won't fix the problem. And then he said, maybe, next time don't buy a white truck. So that was probably the worst thing he could have said to me. There is clearly an issue with this trucks paint or pebble guard, but they're denying it. And will not fix it. I didn't know when I bought the truck that I was supposed to have a bottle of penetrating oil to take off this substance. Maybe they could have given me a free bottle. All the cars and trucks that I ever bought with pebble guard never had this problem. And it is a problem. I have already called corporate 3 months ago. And they want me to call them back to see how I made out. So I will call them, and I will not stop until this issue is resolved. This truck cost $50,000 , and this is what happens when you have a problem. I guess my next step.is to get a sign magnet and put it on a back and my truck with arrows.Pointing to the brown streaks and the sides of the truck and tell them exactly where I bought the truck. I guess that's my next step clearly they have an issue they're ignoring. And furthermore, in all the years of buying lexus toyota products or any car or truck suv, I have never been more humiliated in my life than I was today. And I don't usually give negative reviews to car company or a dealer. But they treated me like garbage in there today. So this is the reason for my review. They gave me a great deal in the beginning. But clearly don't want to fix the problem and when I buy my next Toyota I guess I'd have to due a little research on a dealer. I guess what I want to say is buyer beware of this dealer because clearly they don't care about their customers and clearly does not stand behind their product.

Great experience! Caylee S. was very helpful with coordinating drives and keeping us up to date. A pleasure to deal with for sure! Miles in finance was also a great guy to deal with. I feel like I got a pretty good deal since I was buying two new cars for my daughters with no trade. I have used these guys before for routine maintenance and have had no complaints. They will definitely be my first pick when I look to…
buy a new Toyota for myself.
Response from the owner · May 26, 2026: Hi Shawn, thank you for choosing Northway Toyota and sharing your great experience with Caylee, Miles, and our team. We look forward to assisting you again in the future. Safe travels! - VVadim★★★☆☆ June 19, 2026
I don't patron large corporate establishments often, so I guess I'm "out of the loop" on how things are done these days, but I have a minute, so why not leave a review? I called Northway Toyota to schedule service and amazingly someone picked up immediately. The "person" stated their full name with unbridled enthusiasm, which I found surprising, however, I decided to be funny about it and ask if they were a real…
person or AI. After about 15 seconds of deep pondering, I hear "Hello, my name is blah blah blah and I'm an AI agent ready to serve you. I was obviously shocked and asked if I can get a real person as I had some questions about my Toyota Care plan. No problems Sir, I was transferred to a real person this time, however, they knew even less about cars or my service plan and best they could do is to take my number and have someone call me back. I waited a few days and said screw it, I'll just book my appointment though their website, which was actually successful. I showed up on exact time and was greeted by sweet Teddy Bear, who competently took my info and told me to go inside and chat one of their "advisors". After watching lady click various things for what seemed like half hour, I was finally told to go inside and wait, and wait I did! Numerous cups of coffee, dozen of bathroom runs, exploring the entire vehicle line up I finally received a text with a video of my car being worked on, which looked pretty awesome I should say. Imagining things are wrapping up, I decided to park myself to the waiting area so I'll be there when finally called upon. To my surprise, it sat there for one more hour until the same lady that checked me in noticed me. In total, I spent exactly two hours for an oil change and state inspection, which seems excessive compared to mom-and-pop shop that takes less than hour, but without the frills.
Response from the owner · June 22, 2026: Vadim, thanks for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear our AI and staff were helpful, but we regret for the wait time you experienced. We'll definitely look into how we can make things more efficient in the future. If you have any other concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out directly. Had a great experience buying a new Camry from Northway Toyota. Initial contact was with Sales Manager Christian Slater. We walked in after hours but he still took the time to locate our preferred Camry which was being built. Then we worked with Savannah Shaffer to test drive a Camry on the lot. Loved it! We put down a deposit after Christian approved a reasonable price without hassles. Savannah answered all…
our questions and let us know as soon as the car was in transit even though she was off duty that day. She gave us a tutorial on pick-up day and offered a follow-up session after we have a little experience with our new car. Savannah is smart, personable, and kind! Also had a very good experience with Anthony Zotto, the Business Manager who worked with us to ensure we could take advantage of the Toyota military discount. Buying a car can be a challenging experience but this staff made it easy and pleasant! G&D Maki

Mike Papaleo made purchasing a vehicle a breeze! From the test drive to driving away in a “new to me” vehicle, every step was easy and pleasant. The finance team was also wonderful. Service Advisor Aimee was a pleasure to work with when I encountered a small issue. All around great experience that makes me look forward to making my next purchase!

To the Management at Northway Toyota, I am writing to express my considerable disappointment with the service I received yesterday. Upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed that it had not been washed or vacuumed, which is a standard expectation after a service. Furthermore, I discovered that the air cabin filter was completely neglected, which I subsequently found to be filthy when I inspected it myself. Additionally,…
I am left unsure whether the routine oil change and tire rotation were actually performed. I would appreciate a response addressing these omissions and outlining how you will ensure such standards are met in the future.
Response from the owner · May 20, 2026: Pradhyuman, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and are sorry to hear that your visit did not meet our usual standards.
