  Phenomenal experience getting my 2026 RZ 450e lease! Salesmen Logan and Cole were professional, courteous, and patient in arranging my lease deal (which was quite a unique and somewhat arduous one due to factors on my end!). The whole experience was done eloquently and with extreme class; I can see now why people claim Lexus has the best customer service around! Logan greeted my wife and I at the door very warmly…

  and made us feel very at home with our 5 month old baby. While I was on my test drive, another salesman brought a baby book for our infant to play with and keep her occupied as they waited. After I returned, Logan took my wife out to get the full experience of the car and go through the features with her as well. As he did that, Cole stepped in and made the deal with me. They knew I was short on time, and they expedited the whole experience without being pushy. When I picked up the vehicle they made sure everything was detailed to perfection and fully charged for me. The financial side of things with Hassan moved swiftly and professionally. Then Bella took over and showed me all the features of the vehicle inside and out, synced my phone and Apple CarPlay, and made sure I was up to date with all the latest tech on these very fancy EV's! She truly is a new vehicle liaison. All and all I would highly recommend Lexus at New Country Latham for your new vehicle!
