  My experience with the dealership has primarily been with service on my Defender. I brought it in with an air conditioning issue, and they discovered that the title was marked incorrectly, which could potentially void my warranty. It took considerable effort to identify the issue, and it turned out that the initial title was entered incorrectly. It took nearly a month and a half to resolve the issue and have it…

  corrected. I was contacted by the service manager, who collaborated with me to resolve the problem. Although it took a significant amount of time, they successfully addressed the issues. My sole concern with the dealership is the difficulty I had scheduling an appointment with took several days. I understand that they are transitioning to a new and improved location and dealership, so I am confident that they will ensure that customer access will be more convenient in the future. I express my gratitude to the service team for their assistance in resolving the issues with my Defender and look forward to visiting the new dealership.
