  Process was easy from start to finish. Worked with Nate Auriemma in sales and he was great. Kept in touch through a stop-sell order on the Mustang Mach E I ended up purchasing and never left me wondering as to what was going on with that process. Delivery was exceptionally smooth. From beginning to end, one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. 5 stars!

  Not one to leave a review but unfortunately had a terrible experience. Came in for a basic oil change and tire rotation — immediately started calling me trying to sell me more services. I politely declined. Then, I get a notification that there’s a screw in my tire. Having driven my vehicle around all weekend with zero issues, no tire pressure warning etc I was shocked by this. I drove my vehicle there this morning?…

  How could there have been a screw in it and I didn’t know? In the video sent to me, the screw looked clean and as if it just got in there. Upon picking up my vehicle no tire pressure warning. Halfway through my drive home my tire pressure warning came on and dropped down to 26. Had the screw been in my tire PRIOR to drop off, my car would have told me. Horrible experience. When I got home, there was an audible hissing coming from the leaking air. Again, would have noticed this in the morning prior to dropping my car off. Also called multiple times to inquire about the status of my vehicle and could never get in touch with anyone. They wanted $175 to plug the tire THEY ruined.

  It was a very pleasurable experience! The sales staff went above and beyond answering all any questions I had. They were extremely accommodating. I felt no pressure whatsoever. The whole process was painless an extremely professional. I would highly recommend choosing Latham Ford, if you're in the market for a new vehicle or used. They will not disappoint.
