  Stopped in looking for a Mazda and was greeted by a salesman and I looked around with my mind pretty much set on what I wanted with money in pocket to do a deal. Was shopping online for a new car and set my siights on a cx-30 in Aero Gray According to Mazda's website they had a lease deal going on for the base model for $209 a month I was looking to check out the base model that DePaula had in stock talk some…

  numbers and then look about putting more money down on the premium trim that is currently in transit to the store. Again just letting you know I've done my homework before I even bothered coming in. Was Greeted by a salesman and looked around the showroom and some of the cars on the lot and was able to actually look at the Aero Gray color on the vehicle outside and had a generally good feeling about the vehicle. After looking at the 30s and 5s and 50s Went back inside and spoke with the same salesman and noticed that they had a premium model on display in the store which gave me a feeling even more of that's what I wanted. Looked over the vehicle and talked with the salesman about options and things and asked about the lease pricing and that I saw that the base model was 209 online for the leasing deal for the month which ended the following Monday unless Mazda extended it into the next month. When I spoke of the Mazda lease deal I had seen on the mazda website i was given a weird look by the salesman and then told Mazda doesn't have any cars around the 200 range all of our cars start in the mid 300 range and that none of the pricing on Mazda's website for their leases are the pricing that you're going to get in store... This kind of threw me off when he said that because Mazda's the one doing the lease not depaula mazda. I understand tax tags title doc ship all the extra fee junk but 380+ is nowhere close to the advertised at 209 price for the base model something smells fishy... After that conversation pretty much went south walked out and decided to go look at Hondas instead because the entire interaction went sour... I wasn't about to be lied to by a Salesman when I have documentation from Mazda directly what their lease deal for the month was and I was going to put down extra money to buy the premium option to get the lease price down but we didn't even get to that point because the salesman basically made a stink which made me walk right out of the showroom.. Man what a great experience. Ended up going over to Keeler and bought a brand new HRV exl instead same day.. Definitely not a good first impression from you guys. Sale lost. Fyi as of 6/2/26 that deal is gone off mazda website.
