  Really great staff at Audi Albany! I purchased an incoming green Audi RS3 from Matt who was excellent throughout the whole sales process being prompt in communication and easy to deal with from start to finish. I met Stephen, the Assistant Sales Manager, who oversaw the pricing with Matt, making sure the numbers would work for me keeping me local. He’s professional, open and direct.   process smooth and hiccup free with zero high pressure which was refreshing and appreciated. I ordered an additional set of wheels from Jim in the Parts Department. He is very knowledgeable and a real friendly guy. Ben in Service handled and coordinated my service visit for the wheel/tire swap and was very helpful and efficient being easy to work with. Lastly a shout out to recognize Brian, the Parts Manager for being a professional, cordial and stand up guy. A pleasure to meet and work with. People like him keep customers coming back.   Dylan Clay in the service department kept me informed on every aspect of my recent service experience at Audi Albany. There was a taillight issue that was resolved quickly. I needed a loaner car and that experience was terrific! When I had a question Dylan was quick to reply in a text or phone call. Audi Albany is very fortunate to have Dylan in the service department!   Ben was very accommodating when I changed my requested service on short notice and explained the cause of an unexpected service message on my car. He also printed out warranty & maintenance information to make tracking required service intervals easier. Ben also noticed a missing Audi wheel emblem and located a replacement without asking. Overall, great service.
